Have you tried going to a dietitian and tried doing a fodmap test to figure out if it's caused by food sensitivities/allergies?

You should try going to a dietician and figuring out of theres anything dietary that can help. My fiance's IBS-C became a lot more manageable when we figured out what foods were causing the inflammatory reaction for her and cut them out (in her case, gluten, some kinds of soluble fruit fiber, and onions, all of which were a huge bummer for her to need to cut out). Since she's made those changes, she basically only has bad IBS days if she cheats and eats a piece of cake or onions at a restaurant or something.
Your dietary sensitivities will probably be different than hers though, hence the point of the fodmap testing to figure out what foods may be causing your auto-immune driven symptoms.

That's absolutely disgusting. You should take high dose naltrexone or if you can't get a prescription, find some narcan spray. Opioid receptor antagonists in high enough doses will prevent constipation. Also stop eating food for a week.

My recent hypothesis is it could be parasitic worms so pyrantel and mebendazole is on the menu today - hope it’s not tapeworms lol Fucking dickheads. low fodmap diet + the strongest probiotic you can find is probably the best option. with low fodmap you start as strict as possible and then reintroduce until you find the culprit food(s). but this is of course assuming your diet isn't just constipation inducing garbage to begin with or you aren't drinking enough water or something silly. you might even have a sensitivity towards something like caffeine.. or you might be dehydrated from too much caffeine or not enough water.. or drinking alcohol and not enough water. first step is always eating a conventionally healthy diet and seeing if it still causes you problems after a few weeks.
also, if you are already jammed up then downing excess fiber is not going to make things better. clear yourself out one day with a good laxative and then start fresh with a clean diet. if healthy eating alone still causes you to get plugged up then you need to go on low fodmap. the probiotic is a good move either way. you need to be on the strict low fodmap for a few weeks before reintroducing other foods btw.
if low fodmap in conjunction with probiotics and good hydration doesn't work after say, 3-6 months, (and you actually did it properly) then you need to look at more extreme options like fecal transplanting. also I hope you already went to the doctor and ruled other things out instead of just self-diagnosing with IBS-C by googling.

IBS is one of those diseases that everyone likes to make fun of (like restless leg syndrome) but if you have it, it's absolutely debilitating. I have IBS but without constipation and it effects me every other day and when it does it's basically "lol have fun shitting every 20 minutes for 5 hours straight with excruciating stomach cramps that feel like you're being bayoneted"

Fiber physically irritates the walls of the intestines, which has a laxative effect.
If you frequently eat fiber, you will slowly numb your gut as it becomes sicker, while shitting out your food before it is fully digested.
Dogs and cats WILL eat grass, but ONLY if they have intestinal distress.
Telling the average Westerner, who eats a huge amount of fiber, to eat more fiber is downright retarded. The fiber IS the problem.
It would work to induce diarrhea if they ate none and got food poisoning, but not in the state they are in now.

For me, finding better positions on the toilet to mimic squatting helped a lot. Putting your feet back and on your toes helps a stupid amount. The rest is avoiding too much cheese, milk, and consuming more water and fiber. Also try probiotics and colostrum. If you've ever had a stomach virus or taken antibiotics, they ruin your gut biome, probiotics and colostrum are the best thing before a poop transplant, and fuck doctors being around your asshole.

What's your diet like? Have you tried to cut all/most highly processed foods for a while?
I used to have problems with constipation a while ago but fixed myself by cooking potato-based soup that I eat for most of the meals. It's a simple soup that is basically potatoes, some carrots and sometimes an onion (skip the onion if you can't process fodmaps). After a few days, I'm very regular and often don't need to wipe much as my poops come out pretty much cleanly, unlike back when I ate garbage for most meals.
I often add cheese or deenz to change things up a bit but I avoid white rice and bread as that seems to make things worse for me.
Try eating the base soup for a couple days to see if it can help you.
Also, make sure you're not dehydrated and keep a bottle of water at your desk and sip on it regularly.
