>one of the strongest hurricane in recorded history
>set to wipe out entire towns
>can only be forecasted 4 days in advance
Why is /sci/ so bad at this?

Science can't predict what dems decide

Anonymous No. 16416987

turns out chaotic systems are really hard to predict, especially when you only have a relatively tiny amount of measurement data compared to the degrees of freedom of the system

Anonymous No. 16416988

also, it takes super computers to run the weather simulations, and because this is a time sensitive application, you have to make some assumptions to make it computationally tractable and give results in a timely manner before new measurement data comes pouring in

Are volcanoes considered "chaotic systems" ?

you are trying to make some sort of point, but it's too retarded for me to figure it out

As if AGW is fake and humans can't predict the weather anymore than ancient Egyptians in 2000BC

Climate change isn’t real. Bunch of globohomo bullshit I reckon. You know what is real. A hurricane machine that spawns randomly in various parts of the deep blue sea that generates cat 4-5 hurricanes designed to punish Christians and patriots and cyber truck owners.
