I did Brilliant.org's free trial and I am acing basic expressions and basic equations. I have a print out of my times tables that I have been studying. I hope to be doing Calculus within 2 years from now. Is there any school or college that teaches refresher classes to adults like myself? I want to get a PhD in Mathematics now. I am poor and once I can afford a subscription to Brilliant.org I will buy it. I also bought a subscription to The Great Courses Signature Collection. I had a rough start in life, never met my dad, was seriously bullied, fell into depression, had no role models, ect. I don't want to be a failure anymore. I want to succeed in life and not be a dumb poor loser.

Good on you anon. May I ask what your general background in Mathematics and academics is? It's good that you have a goal in mind; slow and steady wins the race, but you should be pacing yourself--just so that you don't plateau. If you plan on going back to school, I believe I may have some advice for you, but I need a bit more context so that I can gauge what would be appropriate for you. How old are you by the way?

Start with calculus. That is how I started as a late coming loser. Get a really standard calculus for normies textbook(see the ones engineer majors use) and start from there.
The beginning will be rough since you'll have to remember stuff like trig functions, polynomials, etc, but you'll get it eventually and just breeze to the rest of the thing.

A PhD in mathematics is a long hard road that very few people really should go down (I'm certainly not one of them, my PhD is in the mathematical side of EE).
With that said, I think you definitely have the right mindset and want to wish you luck. The best thing you can do is keep motivated and make it a habit to work through problems that challenge your understanding.
However, take care to also be forgiving with yourself and realistic. If you try to jump right into a rigorous proof based calculus problem book while having barely made it through the first chapter of an introductory algebra based calc book (e.g., Stewart), you're more likely to just get discouraged and give up. There's no shame in saying "I can't do this yet" and coming back when you can.

Sorry for taking my time in responding to you. I'm assuming that you'll be going back to school soon--community college, right? You'd be registering for the Spring semester next year. Make sure to fill out everything you need to register as soon as possible, classes tend to fill up quickly--at least those with favorable schedules and professors anyway. Registration for the following semester is usually around November or June. Assuming you're American, make sure you apply for financial student aid and all that shit so that you're not paying the academic Jew out the ass.
Register yourself at your local community college--it's fairly cheap desu, especially if you're a poorfag or a minority--and schedule an appointment with a counselor so that he/she can set you up with an academic plan to guide you through your graduation goals. Tell him/her that you want to do a PhD in Mathematics, and what school you have in mind to transfer to. It's not just a matter of taking courses from the Maths track, you also have to do a handful of gen eds, though some of them are only required by certain institutions.
I'm assuming that for your first set of Maths classes that you'd either have to take some Pre-Calculus equivalent, or be made to take two separate classes for them--one for College Algebra and one for Trigonometry. You can enroll in both concurrently or take one during the Spring semester and the other during the Summer intersession, though I'd suggest taking both at the same time and doing Calculus over the Summer if you're feeling up to it. Try and find or ask what textbooks they use and pirate them so you can work through them while the next semester comes around. For Calculus, Stewart's is usually what most institutions go with, and for College Algebra most go with Sullivan's. DO NOT BUY THE BOOKS, PIRATE THEM!

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that you shouldn't think much about you being older than everyone else is, just don't be a Funko Pop Reddit faggot about it. I'm an older Zoomer and mostly hang out with oldfags (and a few brainfried Zoomers who I've made friends with). Pretty much everyone is an inoffensive faggot and the institution panders to globohomo. Take a shit in the gender neutral bathrooms without flushing as a protest.
If you want to socialize, join a club or sit amongst a crowd of studious individuals and ask to be part of their study group--you'll usually be asked to join one or join someone's Discord server anyway; someone usually makes a Discord server for the entire class.
Good luck, nigga!

Khan Academy sucks ass, I can't stand that faggot's voice. Can't stand that one Brooklyn Jew with the lisp either.
