Hello Sci. I would like to give myself an implant by the end of 2025. And 1 implant per year after that ideally until more than half my body is synthetic or new biology. Here is a list of potential implants Grok gave me.
Neuralink's Telepathy - This brain-computer interface device allows users like Noland Arbaugh, paralyzed from the neck down, to control computers and possibly future technology directly with their thoughts. It's part of Neuralink's endeavor to merge human cognitive and physical capabilities with computers.
Cyborg Eyes and Ears Enhancements - Military applications are exploring implants for enhanced situational awareness, potentially including direct neural enhancements for data transfer between humans and machines.
Bionic Lens for Superhuman Eyesight - Although not strictly an implant in the traditional sense, these lenses offer vision beyond standard human capabilities, enhancing focus and potentially allowing for night vision or other spectrums.
Diabetes Management Tattoo - This innovative approach uses bioelectronics embedded in the skin, potentially revolutionizing how conditions like diabetes are managed through continuous monitoring and drug delivery.
Neural Implants for Direct Data Exchange - Extending beyond just sensory input, these implants aim for two-way data transfer, promising to revolutionize communication in military and potentially civilian applications.
Prosthetic Limbs with Sensory Feedback - Advanced prosthetics like the LUKE Arm not only provide movement but also touch sensation, significantly enhancing the user's interaction with the environment.
Color Hearing Antenna (Neil Harbisson) - Harbisson's antenna implant allows him to perceive colors as sound, representing a unique form of sensory augmentation.

Additional
Smart Tattoo Biosensors - For health monitoring, not strictly an implant but integrates with the body.
Neuralink's Brain-Computer Interface - Allows control of devices with thoughts, aimed at helping paralyzed individuals.
Exo-Senses like North Sense - Adds new sensory capabilities, like sensing magnetic north.
Wireless Fertility Control Implants - Still conceptual but represents future of reproductive technology.
Advanced Auditory Enhancements - Beyond hearing aids, potentially expanding human auditory range.
BCI for Paralysis - Various projects focusing on brain signals to control computers or regain control over the body.
Implantable VR/AR Interfaces - Technology that could feed visual data directly to the brain.
Muscle Control Implants - For those with muscle damage, to stimulate or control movement.
Sensory Webs - To enhance or recover physical capabilities through integrated systems.
Time Perception Devices - Experimental, could alter human perception of time.
Prosthetic Eyes with Camera - For visual data input directly to those with visual impairments.
Biohacking Health Monitoring Implants - Embedded devices for real-time health data.
Custom Craniofacial Implants (SIRIM CRANIO) - Tailored titanium implants for craniofacial reconstruction.

Or, you know, we could not do all that and not live in some cyber troon dystopia.

That's your choice but I'd like a few augments or implants before I die

Not nice, and derailing the topic
I could get a rfid chip also I guess if u put a tiny bit if magnet in ur finger u can sense some magnetic fields
Tattos that register like sugar or insulin levels seem really neat and less invasive to.
