I would design IQ test, that main portion of wouldn't be solving anagrams in foreign language, use AI to create set of IQ tests in 16 most speaked languages of the world for verbal IQ, having common part with spatial intelligence, and memory sector.

I would have atleast 12 excercises in each sections, having like 7 sections.

I would then let inner monkey in, and play all those randomized games a lot, to gain skill in them, and then I'll be smarter as measured on my own IQ test.

I think psilocybin microdosing is supposed to help with that, not sure though.

With hookers? Sure, but they're all junkies with violent pimp boyfriends and you'd be robbed and killed long before then.
With escorts you'd be out of that money in a few years, maybe less. There's a reason guys who live like that are billionaires not millionaires and all those NFL dudes end up living in trailers next to the highschools they coach at now.

Hijacking this thread since it seems in-line with what I want to ask.

A discussion on theoretical examples of what could potentially increase IQ.

Restrictions:
>Don't include current, generally theorized, methods (dual n back, meditation, etc.).
>Assume that resources aren't a problem, within reasonable means.
>When providing a theory ensure it has at least somewhat of a, even if it's tenuous at best, connection to science / reality in some way.

He has gotten healthier than he was, but is not #1.

Lower inflammation, boost NAD, boost Telomerase; Low dose Curcumin, Omega 3, Glutathione, B12, Nicotinamide Riboside, Centella Asiatica. This would repair some things and cause weightloss. Might also reduce lifespan.
For longevity: there is only Rapamycin and I’m not sure it will actually work.

Also rapamycin + metformin is prescription, reservatrol is not.
