We have destroyed our gut microbe and that causes a lot of problem in our health ,specifically with the use of antibiotics,L.reuteri is probably the solution

Anecdotal, but I spent months making L. Reuteri cultures at home with an instant pot. I used the Gastrus brand tablets, which I used to make a yogurt with fairly consistent success. I honestly did not notice any massive health difference, though I did like the yogurt. It was also kind of expensive as I'd have to ship the tablets to my home, as no nearby supplier had them to my knowledge. My cultures would sometimes fail, which I suspect was due to the probiotic tablets already being dead on arrival, so anyone interested should also keep that in mind.
