whats the reality of psilocybin? It apparently induces neuroplasticity which is good, but it might also cause desynchronization which is bad. So, is there any conclusion yet on this substance?

wait what's desynchronization? or rather what's synchronization, and can/should it be encouraged somehow?

a disruption in the way some brain regions communicate with one another
>and can/should it be encouraged somehow?
I dont understand it. It can be good because it helps plasticity but Im not completely sure, it sounds good but it could also have very negative effects on cognition so idk

That's not necessarily bad at all.
It's probably one of the main reason it's very effective in treating things like depression and addiction.

Another tool to induce Stockholm syndrome.
Where’s my withdrawal-free ether at?

Actually what I was trying to ask is if desynchronization is bad shouldn't we be trying to synchronize instead, and how?

I dont even know if its bad and we dont know how we can synchronize

How long medicinal psilocybin is legalised? It's too difficult and frustrating to grow your own.

It disturbs some brain activity temporary, and how do you know it's good activity it disturbs?
Like fighting PSTD or depression, you want to disturb default mode network.
However, what you have in that point of view of brain that people with aphantasia doesn't have, I've noticed fractals in my imagination, like visual one, after dose of this, and I think it could help even people with aphantasia.
Of course it disturbs some default mode network, but what it turns on is good.

The reality of it? If you haven't taken it in a dark room while attempting to communicate with spirits you won't really get it. But that idea angers ideologues and is the main reason why it is banned, to hold up a poisonous paradigm which is wrong when taking phenomenology into account.

Do you have experience of a dark room 5g mushroom trip? It's something I still plan to do, but I'm a little scared because of the length. I've taken many breakthrough doses of DMT and my highest acid dose was 300ug (legit, not some underdosed tabs), but the thought of a dark room mushroom trip still provokes some anxiety.

Yes but I did notably less than 5g. 5g is something you are supposed to work up towards, I'm sensitive and barely ever take these drugs. The evening I decided to do it just felt right, an intuitive feeling without anxiety but of course some stomach butterflies. After a few minutes I think I decided to turn the lights off. I felt like I could trust the mushrooms, whether you want to call it a spirit or foreign collective intelligence network.
It was still scary at times of course when I really got deep into it, scary because of what it entails, its absurdities, entities and mysteries. But you can always turn the light back on, and open your eyes.
I have thought about that maybe building a dark blanket fort would be a good idea, and just dim the room lights slightly.
A dark room trip isn't easy to commit to though however you frame it, I've never talked to another person who did it as far as I'm aware and I've certainly looked. The internet gives this illusion that a bunch of people have tried it but that's not the case.
I believe a very important thing was my prerequisite before doing it, which was to have stayed away from any unwholesome acts and behavior for a while and having just finished a great week.

I did acid homeless.
I did acid on the church session of local christian sect.
But blasting psytrance is better on mushrooms or acid, than silence. I'm sure about that.

Are you clinically retarded?
There are literally countless guides out there holding your hands at each step.
