I mean at this point the company has to have become nothing but a resume box to tick for aspiring space tech engineers.
I imagine the people hired there are only fueled by the desire to eventually join spacex, so they dont work hard on the rockets themselves, but rather try and rack up leadership positions and tick boxes on their CV so that it may eventually get noticed by spaceX.
I worked at AMD and when NVIDIA stock was growing like crazy, I really felt like most of my colleagues were just begging to get noticed and didnt really care about the product itself anymore, even though AMD is a really good company already. So I can only imagine a much worse situation is happening at Blue Origin given that, contrary to AMD< they dont even have a single product people like.
