Found this paper that discusses the possibility of our conciousness being on the quantum level coordinated by microtubules in our cells.

I remember reading some article about this. People have be using inert gases to knock out people without knowing how they work. Dementia patients sometimes become normal for a few hours or days before lapsing back to their conditions. With no chemical or biological explanations, quantum consciousness seems to be very plausible.
