๐งต Can someone explain to me how decaying the vacuum really works?

Hey, so like, i have an idea which may be able to cause vacuum decay. It's a new technology which could be very powerful but based on my understanding of vacuum decay there is a chance it could decay the vacuum.
I need to be careful to not accidentally explain to you how to make this technology if it can in fact do that. In fact, if it can do this, i should *probably* kill myself.
So uhh, if somebody could create a more perfect vacuum than deep space, could that cause vacuum decay?
Or is more than that required to decay the vacuum? Like, would i need to make a vacuum that not only no particles fall into it, but also no electromagnetic radiation? Would that do it?
Or i suppose a better way to put it is, if i created a region that was devoid of all particles and all electromagnetic radiation, could that decay the vacuum or do you think it's safe to do that?

I had an old upright vacuum. Really one of the better vacuums I have ever owned. The rubber drive band would get old and decay, but you could replace that for less than $0.50. The vacuum itself was well-built and solid.
Got it at Sears in 1990.

Mine is inherited from my grandmother, a 1970s Eureka and the bags are still plentiful and cheap online, Had to bypass the switch when it failed but works great.
I like old appliances. My treasure is a 1983 Montgomery Ward microwave oven: door has an actual piece of fucking glass in it with a frame made of solid brushed metal angle castings (!), early digital controls, and weighs a fuckin ton and would cost like $1300 in todays money...it's so fucking sad the chinkshit that passes for one now.

wtf do you mean by vacuum decay lmao? Presence of matter?

I always thought a cool supervillain trick would be a super weapon to upset the false vacuum and destroy the universe. Guess the villain would first exist to another universe before lighting the fuse.

he means lower vacuum energy by using a more efficient vacuum
for me? it's bosh

I mean take a perfect vacuum, then harvest virtual particles from it without annihilating them. Wouldn't that force the vacuum into a lower energy state than absolute zero?

Speaking about vacuum, I got a Pfeiffer turbomolecular pump high vacuum system, with roughing pump too and mass spec chamber, at an auction a year ago for $15 as nobody had a clue what it was in my small redneck town. Need to find something to do with it, maybe make vacuum tubes or shit, fusors are played out. Anyway it's pretty cool just to look at, cool having my own little turbine.
