Einstein gets the credit because he did two things Lorentz and Poincare didn't:
a) Starting from a separate postulate. Lorentz and Poincare based their derivation of the transformation laws on the assumption of EM invariance, Einstein based his on a constant speed of light (inspired by the results of the M&M experiment)
b) Einstein took the transformed equations for position and time and used those as a basis for deriving an entirely new version of the laws of motion, forces, momentum, energy, etc. that was now compatible with both mechanics and with electromagnetism.
