Meth! Lol!
No, saffron, Rhodiola, L-theanine, greens powder, nicotinic acid (nutritional yeast), thiamine and exercise.

What's that?

There's no way to fix the actual damage, affected part of the brain literally turns into liquid, and we currently don't know how to force brain to grow back.

Here is an A.I. generated overview of BDNF (you can find some drugs that increase it):

Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) is a protein that acts like a fertilizer for your brain. It plays a crucial role in keeping your neurons happy, healthy, and connected.
Think of it like this:

Survival: BDNF helps your brain cells (neurons) stay alive and strong, like a gardener providing water and nutrients to plants.

Growth: BDNF encourages the growth of new neurons, particularly in the hippocampus, the brain area crucial for learning and memory. Imagine it like a gardener planting new seeds to create a flourishing garden.

Connections: BDNF strengthens the connections between neurons, allowing them to communicate effectively. This is like the gardener building pathways and bridges within the garden, facilitating communication and growth.

BDNF is essential for many important brain functions, including:

Learning and memory: High levels of BDNF are linked to better memory, while lower levels can contribute to memory problems.

Mood regulation: BDNF helps maintain a balanced mood. Low BDNF is associated with depression and anxiety.

Stress response: BDNF helps your brain cope with stress, protecting neurons from damage.

Neuroprotection: BDNF safeguards your brain cells from damage caused by aging, toxins, or injury.

You can boost your BDNF levels through healthy lifestyle choices:

Exercise: Regular physical activity is a powerful BDNF booster, improving mood, memory, and overall brain health.

Diet: A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids helps maintain optimal BDNF levels.

Sleep: Getting enough sleep is crucial for BDNF production. Sleep deprivation can reduce BDNF levels and impair cognitive function.

In a nutshell, BDNF is a key player in maintaining a healthy and resilient brain. By understanding its role and adopting healthy habits, you can support your brain's growth and well-being.

Dan Shen, can be used for angiogenesis. It prevents scarring and support cardiovascular tissue.

Also look at pic, it's that simple today. If you interogate it more, it can cite studies.

Also healthy diet, excercise, learning something new... I recomend you playing some game at least 1.5 hour daily. Chess or Defense of the Acients seems to work well.

Also glutathione is somehow involved. Gotu-Cola(Actually stuff that enlongates telomeres).

How ever don't trust Chamolime tea, apigenin-7-glucoside is better, it's found in Dandelion Root Coffee.

I hope you get out of it.

Also this is for MEN only. This stuff listed there increase level of testosterone.

If you're a geniue woman, with XX chromosome, tell me and I'll get you list of something that works better with woman's hormones.

As said previously, there are several versions above the 'green human'. However, there is less mutability as they are more themselves.

Methamphetamine does that if you aren't on neuroleptics. D1/D2 activation inhibits glutamate transmission.

This is my current ranking of molecules.

Astaxanthin
Pqq
Elderberry or Rosemary Teas
Pterostilbene
Sulforaphane
Taurine
Nattokinase
AKG
Vitamin C

But my research says this though;
Fish Oil, Spermidine, Folate, B12, NAC. Maybe Sulforaphane.
The key is to inhibit something called p53, but not too much or long. You want to avoid apoptosis. The cells need time off the substances to mature. Like 5 days off 2 days on low dose activators. Supplements which boost growth hormone I’m not listing. i’d actually avoid because it causes remodeling. The supplements I use that were pro growth did not help me. You have to deal with scarring, fibrosis, and noncontractile cell phenotypes.
You don’t want to interfere with cell cycles or cause apoptosis because then it won’t regenerate. You can lose stem cells I think. So I think the people going too far with the supplements are gonna die earlier or become frail.

I will warn some of the molecules I listed probably do cause apoptosis, but some of them just made me feel better, so I included them.

Does anybody know of anybody that had a miraculous recovery after treatment?
I'm looking for that kind of thing.

>>16441107
hi anon. i really dont agree with you here - p53 is a tumour suppressor gene, meaning that inhibition would result in cancer. p53 is really well studied and characterised in cancer, and its really not something you want to be inhibiting - inhibition would literally prevent the cell from suppressing tumours as in the name.

also, i believe that none of the molecules you have listed directly inhibit p53. possibly, they might be associated with inhibiting p53 but i find it hard to imagine that fish oil for example could directly inhibit p53. if that were the case, people who eat fish oils daily would probably have higher rates of cancer. then again, there might be an association through some other biochemical pathway. note that many molecules have difficulty crossing the blood brain barrier - i learnt recently that even some viruses have difficulty crossing the BBB.

an answer for OP - for a long time, it was thought that neurons are unable to regenerate. currently, there is some evidence that replication is actually possible, although this research is quite novel. i would recommend seeing a specialist - i am just a poor university student :( so i might actually be wrong. feel free to correct me though.

Most of the recovery occurs in the first few weeks. Afterwards, doctors would just completely give up on the patient. If you have any supplements you want to try, you have to act quick.

>What's the best method to fix stroke/hemorrhage-caused brain damage?
first of all stop eating whatever you were eating before because that caused you to have a stroke
especially stop eating vegetable oils, they're not human food, they're oils
stop eating other drugs/toxins:
>caffeine
>alcohol
>nicotine
>processed foods
>vegetables
>pills (nothing your body requires will ever come from a pill, retard)
then you should start eating raw animal foods, especially raw brain and sleeping until you wake up naturally (don't use an alarm)
you will have a flu period while your body flushes out all of the toxins but afterwards you will feel great

Well, my only response is it’s a brain hemorrhage we are treating, not cancer.
We are trying to regrow the area. I obviously don’t know. A lot of things considered healthy probably temporarily inhibit it. Berberine seems to block everything and cause apoptosis. So I don’t know. You want to lower signals that is cause apoptosis and then make it fix and regrow.

Berberine is supposed to be protective against hypoxia, but it stops angiogenesis. You need angiogenesis to regrow tissue. I honestly think a lot of studies are shitty. If there’s some enlarged blood vessel it might help. But… if there is a clot and hypoxia it won’t help.
