What the reason behind cars being very good at keeping 100km+ for hours but animals not being able to do that?

wild cars can't sustain speed because they co-evoluved with natural roads which are pretty short

Wheels + burning hundreds of thousands of calories in gas. An animal can’t utilize their energy that well and it would be a death sentence to burn thousands of calories every time you move.

The wheel would have to be made of cells but no nerves or blood vessels could get to it because it has to spin around on an axel.

By people getting more nervous at a spider just sitting in their web-bed then thousands of pounds of pure and active, barely grazing them on the cross walk. The car seems to be the apex predator of America despite the lack of fear of the novel beast though. Like trains in India and showers in Brazil.
