Where are all the Aliens !?

Anonymous No. 16440241

whoa, that's a lot of assumptions there

Anonymous No. 16440812

Very far away, in both space and time. Even if it's likely that another intelligent civilization arises in another solar system fairly close to Sol/Earth, it's a lot less likely that they exist at the same time as us

then why aren't they here on Earth already? Considering that universe is almost 14 billion years old aliens had more than enough time to evolve, become space faring civilization and colonize whole visible universe

I'm thankful the aliens haven't revealed themselves.

Make no mistake, I'd be intrigued by disclosure too, but I'm also just as intrigued by having our little world stay familiar and consistent.

Europe landing in the Americas was crazy. I can only imagine how crazy disclosure would be. Do I really want to go through with that?

There's good and bad on either outcome.

Maybe they visited Earth a few million years ago and decided there wasn't much of interest, and it'll be another few million until any aliens take another look here.
Being advanced and spacefaring doesn't necessarily mean you colonize everything you touch

They are here and have been infiltrating society for decades using human alien hybrids

There's no guarentee that the universe was in any state to host life for most of it's existence, and it took several billion years for life to get where it is now. If, for instance, it was impossible for life to exist in most of the galaxy for the first until 6 billion years ago, that only gives a 1.5 billion year headstart for alien life.

>ayys already visited Earth in the distant past
shouldn't a genius like Fermi have considered that possibility?
