This is why we need an opt out system instead of opting in. All your organs should belong to the government and the experts by default, and if you selfishly want to keep them then it should be difficult and expensive to do so. This shit is fake as hell, organs harvesting is always done under full general anesthesia, just like normal surgery. There is no way that he would be able to "thrash" or move at all during organs harvesting, he would have been given muscle paralyzing drugs among other things like propofol and fentanyl.
You need to give full general anesthesia even to people who are braindead, because pain induces an autonomic nervous system reaction which would completely destroy the organs making them useless.

I was under full anesthesia for my colonoscopy and came to in the opperating rooms as they started the procedure, I still remember it happening. I started moaning and looking around, remember seeing all the opperating room, doctors with masks, everything. Then some guy noticed I was awake, yelled to juice me again and then I only remember waking up.
It happens all the time. I personally have a strong tolerance to substances and that's likely what happened here with the dude as well.

But for one reason or another, everyone's paper said "womb cancer, remove womb" and the chirurgeons simply followed the rules by the note and did not ask questions further.
Some of the women waited for kidney surgery, breast surgery, etc. surgeries that require anesthesia, but all ended up with having wombs removed instead of something else.
All of the women were native Swedes instead of migrants.

Up until the late 20th century doctors were at tremendous personal financial risk from making these types of mistakes. Then the insurance industry eliminated those risks and now doctors can kill as many people as they like through incompetence or malice and never worry about suffering any consequences.
