I'm literally doing notes on this textbook, it's the bomb once you understand what applications you might get out of it beforehand. I would buy the 4th edition if I had spare money, definitely better than anything in my shitshelf full of Rudin, shitty dovers and outdated books.

I've never really bothered to look into Axler's linear algebra book. His measure theory book is definitely mad alright but also misses a lot of core material in the subject you'd get in really any other standard book on the topic (like the Lebesgue equivalents of the fundamental theorem of calculus parts 1 and 2, as well as the introductory linear functional analysis that is standard to cover with L^p spaces).
