Are forever chemicals and microplastics turning the humans trans? I'm dead serious. We know they fuck up the reproductive system of basically every living animal known to man and screws up hormone regulation. Could this actually be why transness is becoming more common? Of course such people always existed and have become more common as society has become more accepting of it, but I dont think it accounts for all of it

You’re getting knee jerk reactions but there’s actually research to suggest this is true. For example we know that children exposed to certain endocrine disrupting chemicals will not just be physically different (e.g. male children have smaller testes) but they actually develop different styles of play and different interests on average. Boys exposed to high levels of these chemicals are statistically more likely to have typically female interests in toys, reduced aggression, and so on.
It isn’t hard to imagine that this idea is basically correct and is at least a contributing factor to gender dysphoria.

It's obviously not, and I never said it was. The fact we can show that chemical exposure affects your interests means gendered interests can't be (purely) social constructs.

I don't think there is experimental evidence that PFAS exposure is causing gender dysphoria.However look at this:
