Pharmacists don't have much of a career path beyond leading the local pharmacy so climbing the ladder won't be a life obsession. Dealing with addicts red pills women in that career quickly, as does having to work with goblins. Also there are pharmacies everywhere so her job and be almost anywhere. No need to live in a huge city.

You have to pick the ugly ones that are ugly because they never cared for their appearance.
I've been doing this for 10 years now and have 2 kids from 2 different women that are PhDs (one in biochem, the other in Mathematics). They are also fairly good looking. But since they never take care of their appearance , they just look unpresentable.
