What are you expecting? 129 is at the bottom end of what's usually considered "genius." Not everyone needs to be some 165 IQ super genius. In fact, it's probably better you aren't. Most people who are abnormally smart end up incredibly mentally ill.

Same, but being smarter has never made that process better. If anything it makes things much more frustrating because I'm always trying to rationally think my way out of emotional turmoil that I didn't rationally think my way into. To put it bluntly, it doesn't work.

IQ is mostly good for diagnosing special educational needs, or perhaps as a crude way for finding people with high potential but low knowledge/experience.

Maybe it will give you more understanding of which specific cognitive areas you are strong/weak in relatively speaking.
