Boys do have a wider variance with IQ (and many other traits) though. I read this article when it came out and at no point does it deny what the OP argued. Girls are smarter than boys. up to 8 years old. other studies show the same at 14 years.
Men are subhuman. Girls are as intelligent as boys, on average. We are much more likely to have temperamental traits that are more responsive to school and in general.
