We don't know what it's subjective experience is like, it could be 24/7 acid trip with the continual feeling of orgasm. Or just adventurously exploring a massive mysterious world

>What are snails even trying to do?
Eat leaves.
Avoid salt.
Have competitive mind-blowing sex because they're hermaphrodites and gastropod genitals are fucking massive body-proportion wise.
Try not to get infected with a mind-control parasite.

One time I left a painting outside to dry and fortunately it was dry by the time I got back, there were two slugs making love right on the front, I think I have pictures somewhere, trail of ooze down the front, their bodies entwined in rapture

conch-snails live in ocean, not land
however it is still a snail
>it can swallow a fish whole (fish must be smaller than himself)
>it can emit insulin into surrounding ocean so when its nearby fish the fish gets disoriented
>finally it can use its third tentacle to inject fish with a needle, this kills the fish
>toxin is powerful enough to kill 30 humans as well
conch eyes are extremely sophisticated they remind us of human eyes
it has almost no brain at all but still it has great eyes and its toxic sting is a powerful weapon
truly a greatly evolved being, not towards intelligence but survival nevertheless
land snails are likely even more brainless

Whatever it is, I don't fucking trust them
Fucking parasite vectors that just won't die.
>Molluscicides get banned
>Snail population booms
>Cows eat the parasite infested snails
>Spray their parasitic-cyst-laden shit on crops
>Everybody has liver flukes
Am I just tinfoiling hard right now? It's actually hard to detect a lot of parasites in cattle as their symptoms of infection are often sub clinical, and fecal testing is unreliable. Treatment is a whole other problem as it requires multiple deworming doses at specific times throughout the year.
Somebody please calm me down and tell me that there aren't cysts in everything.
