Perhaps you should not count people with soem jewish ancestry as jews.
Theres about 15 million jews, if you start adding up random people with jewish ancestry it could easily reach 100 million people. Its not as small of a minority as you think.

Almost all of these famous jews are german jews that were active between 1900 and 1950 and were educated in german universities, or in german speaking societies in eastern europe.
No one know what any of these medals even are, none of these carry any prestige except the nobel, field and abel prizes. Every other award was conjured yesterday by a jew and given to other jews.

Medieval Jews are allowed to perform usury while Christians are not. The Jews gain money from this, getting a shitload of money from the 11th century to the modern day. In the 19th century colleges open for Jewish people when they used to be barred from higher education/or the college had strict quotas for them. Jews with large amounts of money (remember 800 years of accumulated wealth minus some spending) get a high class education. Jews with that education become intellectuals.
Its no coincidence that when you look up any famous Jewish scientists, their family was often wealthy, or business owners, or worked in finance, or they went to private schools. Only a small handful could even be considered working class/middle class, and practically non come from impoverished backgrounds.

I don't know. But like you said they definitely are. Their average IQ is around 110 (Ashkenazi) but even that alone doesn't explain their achievement.

This and this. Its mostly an artifact of how Jewishness is interpreted. Most prominent Jews first of all come from mixed English/German and Ashkenazi backgrounds for one, and generally speaking this specific cohort is not really religious at all. Guys like Einstein or Feynman for instance came from very Europeanized, middle class families that to my knowledge did not retain much of any kind of Jewish religious identity at all. The same can be said for most prominent European Jews. Furthermore, it is quite common for most pundits when writing about significant figures to highlight their Jewishness even with a single Jewish grandmother or grandfather (who themselves were probably mischlings too!). I personally know multiple people with partial Jewish backgrounds, it's much more common than you'd think. If I were to collect data on the number of famous Europeans with Irish ancestry using the same methodology Id probably be shocked to find that half of every famous inventor and scientist was Irish. Obviously thats not really the case. Even today, over half of every american Jew will marry a non jew, so if we're claiming there's some unique ethnic component its a complete nonstarter to me.

There is, and there are research activities in Israel. Such dominance goes against the views of the intellectual elite in the West, so little is said about it outside Israel.
