It looks like a regular vitamin supplement with an emphasis on B-complex vitamins. I wouldn't take a hand full of them at once but they are probably safe to take as directed (2 capsules per day). Not a doctor, nor is this medical advice btw.

You should should empty the capsules and mix them them with equas l parts iodized salt (counteract the excess Thiamine, so it doesn't give you kidney stones) and drink before you go to bed each night.

B1 doesn’t cause kidney stones, I’d be much more concerned about the b6 causing neuropathy than the thiamine.

A large enough company should be able to make sure the materials are legit: either they do the analysis or hire a trusted lab.
