Try looking at the syllabi for Math courses at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the University of Salamanca, or something. Most of the stuff Latin American university students have to read are just translations of books originally written in English, French, German, or Russian, and if you're really smart enough to learn pure math, you should have no problems learning math in English as a native Spanish speaker.

Cardenas Álgebra Superior is the only math book I remember we used in Spanish from an Hispanic author.
Maybe the UNAM books, they translate some books or create their own notes

OP, California Dept of Ed has their entire math cirriculum in Spanish and if you live in
Tdj you can apply into California colleges as an instate resident and go for free.
