It doesn't cook? Like let's say it takes 5 minutes to cook it in 100c boiling water my scientific assumption is that it should take around 15 minutes if you keep it in your 36c warm mouth because it's roughly 1/3 the temperature of the boiling water, but it doesn't happen, I tried

Cooking has break points and non linear relations to temperature for instance proteins denature only at certain temperatures, before that nothing really changes and then it starts changing all at once, similarly water doesn't boil until 100. Other chemical reactions speed up non linearly with heat or byproducts from the other reactions. Other such things include Maillard reaction vs caramelization vs pyrolysis which depend on the temperature.
