Do elite tier autistic spaceX and Tesla engineers feel insulted that their boss enjoys nerdy hobbies whilst in work meeting or is it endearing to have someone on top who they can relate to?

No. If they're truly high functioning autistics, they're too obsessed by the stimulating problems they're trying to solve to worry about what a wealthy man is doing. Autistics generally are low on envy. Keep them busy, which both those companies do, and they'll barely notice whether it is light or dark outside, much less what rage bait normies like you are trying to dangle under their noses for ideological or trolling purposes.
Your entire question could just as easily have any other billionaire company owner inserted in but you selected Musk because you wanted to troll for attention or to push a political agenda. If it's the former, go get treatment for your psychological issues, if it's the former, no one who is voting is undecided at this point. Masturbating rage porn isn't going to change anything even if it lets you fool yourself into feeling important.

They probably thank god for that.
To do their job well the less he pretends to know what he's talking about the better.

They avoid Elon like the plague. If you talk to him, it’s like a 50/50 whether or not you get fired.
Other than that, they’re different people with different opinions.
