I took an legitimate IQ test because of my ADHD, is my score good enough to continue with STEM? I keep flunking courses and can't go on like this, sad part is that they don't even tell the exact scoring

>spatial, logical and abstract thinking at: 120-129 points
>verbally only at: 110-120
>arithmetic only at: 110-120
>processing speed at 120ish

most people with adhd would score way below average on arithmetic and processing speed. Your executive dysfunction, not your IQ is the reason you're failing.

I don't know, I'm really struggling with vectors and scalar fields for example. Fourier straight up kills me beyond the simple stuff

If you don't think you can continue then drop out? Disregarding the fact that a random on 4chan telling you that your scores are or aren't congruent with success in STEM will have no real effect: you have a high score for logical and abstract thinking, which is what STEM subjects are predicated on, in fact you have an abstract thinking score that is equal to STEM students at world class institutions such as ETH Zurich and Oxford. There's no such thing as "ADHD". Go ahead, tell the underlying pathpophysiology, the genetic markers, what labs they've run to confirm this diagnosis, and what labs they run to monitor your results. What "instrument" is used to measure ones" "deficit" and/or "hyperactivity", exactly?
Medicine is Science. Science is observation and measurement(Math and Molecules). Without those there is no science. There is no Medicine.
Do you eat right? No. Do you exercise regularly? No. Do you have a hobby other then Hentai? No. Do you have an "Real" friends in "real" life? No.....etc, etc.
You do not need to "Smart" to be in STEM. You DO need to work your ass off.
