What does the scientific community currently know about myostatin inhibitors?
AKA, clinical trials to suppress the myostatin protein to result in increased muscle size.
How close are we to having an available medication for this?

There are human with mutations that result in them having no those myostatin inhibitors.
They all look buff, but they never live long as their heart has a low working volume due to thich walls. By long I mean they die before reacuing 30s
