What’s a good way to repair your mitochondrial function? How do you prevent and repair long-term damage from PUFAs in processed foods?

You don’t believe in oxidative cell damage?

PUFAs certainly don't cause it.

I feel better than ever by switching from bacon, eggs, butter and other fatty junk to carbs + olive oil and seed oils. I eat a lot of poultry, dairy and vegetables.
Very low blood pressure in a family with a history of high blood pressure, arteries in perfect shape, migraines since childhood stopped and sleeping much better. Your meme bro science is meaningless to me.

PQQ, NMN, CoQ10, Fisetin, Omega-3

Do your own homework and find something about those.

A transplant from a younger animal. I’d like to see if there is a de facto nutrition supplement protocol, but I don’t quite believe the results of studies and user posts.

Transplant of what? Mitochondria?

>Fisetin
isn't this shit just a BryJo snek oil?
>NMN
isn't it banned due to sometimes causing liver damage?

I'm on the others, but Ubiquinol instead of CoQ10 because the latter is not very bioavailable.

>also, methylene blue

>Fisetin
I don't know a single thing about BryJo.
>NMN
I made transformer to look around the webs, and says it's mixed and it may be protective but nobody knows...
What's better? NADH+?

>CoQ10
Thanks for advice, you're probably correct...

Any more stuff for mitochondria or BDNF maxxing? If you don't mind to share...

I can't methylene blue, I heard it can't get well along with cheese and chockolate.

>I heard it can't get well along with cheese and chocolate.

only at fairly high dosages. I take 5mg/day and don't have any issues.

>Any more stuff for mitochondria or BDNF maxxing?

Some of the top hits on google are:

mitochondria:
>ALCAR, Alpha-lipoic acid, arginine, creatine,, B vitamins, Curcumin, and Quercetin.

BDNF:
>ashwagandha, CBD, cinnamon, caffeine, L-Theanine, and turmeric.

I've done all of em without any issue, but both ashwagnadha and turmeric do rarely have liver toxicity issues at higher supplemental dosages.

Could that hepatotoxicity be ammeliorated by:
a) Taking it for a while then pausing
b) Silymarin
?

Dr. Jack Kruse is the Mito-guru to read... the main basis is Full spectrum sunshine on you whole body. Early morning AM sunlight is essential while earthed grounding. DHA from fish and forbid non-native EMF's and Artificial light. Water, Light and Magnetism. Also a deuterium depleted diet. You cannot get healthy in the same environment where you lost your health, you cannot supplement your mitochondria back to health.

I think you can try to find information on PQQ. You trigger pgc1a to generate more mitochondria. You need to trigger mitophagy if you want repaired mitochondria. That’s the process. But making them actually younger, I’m not sure about. You can try to find precursors to building cells, probably whey. I don’t believe this is a longevity solution if you trigger the cell cycle over and over, because it forces you to make copies. But it would be beneficial if you feel like crap or have disease. There’s probably something with methylation and just other stuff to be aware of that I’m not educated about. Only do this after you eat a good meal. Because otherwise I think you’re draining your body.

150grams of kidney beans a day, should be efficient amino support, ubiquinol, NMN, gotta help that. Fisetin also.

I'm thinking of forskolin to induce apoptosis of old cells.

Also energy drink a day without taurine, it has all the B vitamins.

Also mitosis cause telomere shortening, but if you look up letter slourp for Gotu-Cola extract, you find it has 8.8times telomerase activity compared to untreated.

>I'm thinking of forskolin to induce apoptosis of old cells.
I had a read, found this:
>In animals, forskolin, or extracts of Coleus barbatus containing forskolin, reduce food intake, body weight, and fat mass. In humans, forskolin reduces body fat mass while increasing lean body mass.[12][13] In mice, extracts of Coleus forskohlii exhibited dose-dependent liver toxicity although purified forskolin did not exhibit liver toxicity.[14]

So why is this not on the anti doping lists?

Runners and cyclists doped to their gills are no longer anywhere near the performance peak of current athletes. I am puzzled nobody is looking for any chemical explanations. It took years before EPO was found to air the top prize winners, what do they use now? This might be the thing.

I have no idea, this is far outside my field.
My interest is from having a slow metabolism and freeze all the time. Just now I am sitting in a room heated to 25 C wearing two woollen jumpers to stay comfortable. Brisk walking and only after 45 minutes do I get a little warm. I hardly eat anything, no soft drinks or alcohol, no seed oil, but it is hard to keep the weight below 78 kg.

If you live outside of northern Europe or Siberia, you are most likely getting too much UV exposure. Assuming you’re fair skinned, of course.
