What is the fifth Maxwell equation and why was it censored by the elites that run science? Were its implications too dangerous to be made public?

Gurr i simply cant fathom how two waves without a scalar potential can interfere together to create a new wave with a scalar potential because my prof never actually read treatise and just regurgitated mcgraw-hill despite bohm-ahronov and maxell-lodge and blondel and whittaker existing for 50+ years

It's the Lorentz Force Law.
>F = qE + qv x B (SI units)
Related to how Maxwell didn't discover ampere's law and shit. It's just Maxwell's laws because he made a well structured theory out of them.
From these 5 laws, you get all of classical e&m

Scalar waves have been reproduced.
https://youtu.be/wjz-5Lqtxow=m4GBkE
The principle is this: Ever heard how a faraday cage only works if the mesh spacing is smaller than the wavelength? That is the case for transversal waves (TEM waves) where the electric field is parallel to the metal wall its attempting to cross.
Scalar waves have electric fields parallel to the direction of propagation. They are not TEM waves and basically induce no electrical response on a metal wall they attempt to cross, because the electric field is perpendicular to the wall plane. So they cant induce currents on it, the wall behaves as if it was non-conductive.

>Make us a fucking scalar wave, nigger. We'll wait.
Its been done. The name scalar wave is stupid, they are just longitudinal waves. They are still vector waves in the sense that theres an electric vector, although no magnetic field. Maybe thats why they are called scalar waves tho. they are just waves of electric voltage like in electrostatics
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjz
In these waves you just have a scalar electric voltage with its associated electric field, which is just the gradient of the voltage.
The voltage oscillates, which makes the electric field also oscillates, while still being a gradient.
And they have no magnetic field, because the magnetic field is the curl of the electric field, and the curl of a gradient field is zero.
Scalar waves are hence not electromagnetic waves, just electrical waves.

QRD for the video:
A scalar wave generator gets built and a common radio receiver gets put inside a metal box. Its shown how the receiver cant pick any more local radio waves but it picks signals from the scalar wave emitter, while inside the metal box.

Is the fifth equation just the lorentz force?
I was never sure if the lorentz force was derived from maxwells equations or if it was something else manually added
