You goto sleep and while you're sleeping you dream of a completely fresh state to refresh and rejuvenate yourself. If you're not 'thinking out of the box' because of this, surely you lack necessary imagination to be considered intellectual.

Dreams exhibit the power of creating infinite states to determine a probable future state of Earth. If any machine was required to do the work required to predict the action of all people on Earth tomorrow, it would be a dream machine(capable of producing infinite states that reflects life on Earth).
