The social aspect is especially damning. It is/was very evident on Plebbit on their AskDocs subreddit during the Covid Vaxx pandemic. Whenever an obvious vaxx sufferers posted, the energy in the air of doctors wanting to hint at that possibility, but them just not doing it because they feared the social rejection and downboats, was palpable.
