Have a public accessible record of (major) life places like landmarks and events of each person or at least as many people as possible. After a few generations, hope someone would recognise their previous life using the records. I'll leave the finer details to you to figure out.

Life is not an individual human's experience from birth to death, it the entirety of the evolutionary tree and all the processes and systems therein.
