This is not to say that cephalic index is useless in psychology. After all, it allows us to easily separate the Nordic from the Alpine. It just isn’t as clearcut as you’re asking for, which of course is normal. There probably are a few simple measurements which jointly correspond with general intelligence, and a modern computer could probably determine them easily, given enough high quality data
