I remember some scientist on YouTube elaborating on how CERN was scamming the population at large by making promises or suggesting they are, or will be, capable of something they are not. It had something to do with them requiring a larger particle accelerator, but that the same problem they are facing now would be encountered again. It was a female scientist. Can anybody help me find what I remember seeing?
