The dropping candy wrappers on the ground shit is done as a form of antagonism based on sociopathy and is another form of what I call "sickness or plague game playing". In essence they'll take a form of media and see if they can use it as a way to spread plague.

They'll have a sick kid eat candy and drop the candy wrappers on the ground everywhere. You'll then be poisoned simultaneously by eating food that a child with COVID or sick made without washing their hands or was drugged (such as peanut butter sandwiches given to the poor - some of them have been frozen because people become addicted to the disease in them so they want to preserve the ones they have). It also makes a homeless person overly concerned about what candy wrappers are on the ground.

I've seen overly large women dress up in sweaters with the boogiewoogie character from a nightmare before Christmas (see dance till your dead and disco inferno for other jokes related to this) walk by an SRO (subsidized housing) before they cart a homeless person out in an ambulance. So it may be that they'll sicken you to someone that's fat and then when that chain or cohort of people stop sharing their antibodies by putting it in your food the person shits their immune system and has a fit or becomes ill.

This sounds incredibly stupid and it is. It's a way to organize cohorts of sick people together in groups and then use that to sicken and hospitalize people that don't want to do drugs. Distinct possibility - I'm being drugged with methamphetamine in my sleep and then during the day I'm going through withdrawals. Any time I go to the hospital at any of the locations within San Francisco (dignity health, Sutter on Van Ness, San Francisco general, 555 Stevens) they will either refuse to provide me a urinalysis or they will send the results "off to the lab" and they will always come back negative. I overheard nurses laughing about someone that tested positive "for all the drugs" at Sutter health - again this is "do you schizoaffectively listen in on conversations that are taking place around the corner by nursing staff which is deniable and therefore you must be crazy or do you base your decisions on what your health is on a doctor that you know is lying to you".

Because I've "stayed up all night" I now know how this works. Someone will do methamphetamine outside the door of the shelter beds where I'm staying in and then have the homeless walk back and forth breathing it on me along with staff members. In effect they're using their own bodies as toxic vehicles to carry in drugs to poison me. it's either that or some other method of getting me to breathe in methamphetamine smoke while I'm sleeping and then I go through withdrawal during the day. The fact that I'm having constant headaches is just proof that I'm not a drug user because I'm in perpetual withdrawal. This is done in order to antagonize someone to find another person or be arrested. So this is how it works. There are cameras in the dining hall and in the two bunk dorms. But not in the courtyard of the shelter between the two. There's a courtyard where people do drugs because it's a "safe space". If the gangs don't like you they'll have you drugged by smoking drugs outside the shelter and then have people breath in, hold their breath until they're by you bed and then cough it on you.

There's a high rise next to the shelter where people have been looking down into the shelter and responding when they saw me.outside (if that wasnt the homeless fucking with me). So what they did is they covered food I ate with Xanax or some other drug that dampened the dilatory affects of the ear drum and then stayed under the canopies banging on it as loud as possible.

This may also be why the Hispanics or striking hotel workers are banging on drums. All the guests are coming in to the city to do drugs and if they take these drugs it'll fuck up their hearing if they're around this kind of noise. Meaning the cartels are using San Francisco for fentanyl tourism or similar.

So that's nice.

I have an idea what this could be related to. There are two halves to the ABDL (paraphilic fetish) online community - one half of which is rather dark. This means that second hand fentanyl smoke is much more dangerous than I previously had asumed. It should also be noted that I've physically become high from cracking my knuckles before.
