IQ tests are a meme, the only way to measure intelligence accurately is through real life situations, not some retarded IQ test. For example Einstein failed french and history thus making him a retard in these situations. If you can't speak or read a language then you're automatically retarded. If you don't know how to cook you're retarded. If you don't know how to skii you're retarded. If you don't know how to do _____ then you're retarded. So perhaps intelligence is more on the ability to learn and comprehend something, not some retarded IQ test.

Retarded is more of a general term. Though I agree that IQ is nothing.
Someone who is intelligent will certainly profit from their situation in some way. Intelligence spans many categories - you're not retarded if you don't know how to skii - you may know but don't have any experience. Intelligence is partly to do with knowledge, but more so to do with survival. An intelligent person knows the world is sick and twisted, he'd be better of gaining intelligence for the next life.

By your definition the first one to murder everyone in the room, steal their remaining possessions, and have as much with the corpses and get away with it is the epitome of intelligence. Not to say that being capable to cleverly use a troublesome situation to your own end means nothing, but reducing it to this alone is plain wrong.
This is just a silly way to define intelligence and a cheap trick sharkish people abuse in order to appear greater than they are

IQ is a proxy, but it does assess something real, however narrow.
