why is there no degeneracy pressure on a black hole?

the entire 2D stuff about black holes is just assumptions.
what we do know is its singularity and the schwarzschild radius.
and this you cant change.

yes I can

We don't expect there to be any stable matter particles after neutrons; once you exceed neutron degeneracy, there shouldn't be anything more dense to turn into to raise the pressure high enough to counteract gravity, and you get a collapse. The pressure isn't gone, it's just offset by gravity.
