Find a way to control cell division (speed and frequency) in a steady manner and keep it going for as long as you can. Telomeres do go out though, so you are on a timer.

>reverse aging
Give up, that shit is literally the hardest thing to do in biology. It's pretty much impossible. You'd have to redesign our genome entirely for that to be possible, and then we wouldn't be humans at all. We'll have turned all cancer types into minor illnesses before we figure out reverse aging. I don't think we ever will.

>and then we wouldn't be humans at all
Very arbitrary for you to say that.
Our being human is largely dependent on how our brain works and havimg a normal human body, modifiy cell aging does't seem bound to cheange that.

>How can someone with no money or degree accelerate the research of reversing aging?
collate recent findings into normie digestible media who in turn funnel money and demand towards said research. literally create youtube videos
>how do reverse aging: what this paper says
with the typical buzzwords and tiktok editing but always give the normies a way to spend money on the industry or to email whatever department to increase funding towards this
