There is nothing more cringe that people who just graduated or not even graduated "I'm a major" acting like they know anything. 4 years is nothing, even 6 is not that long especially when you add to that being an early 20 year old with zero wisdom on the real world.

The real cringe is none of them have any actual hands-on experience. They have never performed, seen, or even read about the experiments whose results they tout.

When a scientist dedicates his whole life to being top dog in his field like athletes and musicians do then he will know much about little and he will defend the legitimacy of his field like his life depends on it because it does and so he will fail to be a force of falsification like a good scientists needs to be and he will fail to be a force of creativity like a generalist. Where is the wisdom in such an existence?
