70 bucks seems pretty expensive for one of those, you can get one for 50 if you buy a smaller piece. Though I guess it comes down to 70 with shipping. Moon rocks aren't that rare, there's at least a ton of them officially recognized and seeing as their primary supply is shitholes in the Sahara you can comfortably add a big margin on top to account for black market sales. Shaving off a tenth of a gram from a stone and selling it up like this is quite decent business.
You may get scammed though especially if it's not a first hand reputable supplier.

yes. they're surprisingly common. the moon gets pummeled with bullshit, bits get ejected, and make their way to earth. it goes both ways as well. the oldest samples of earth rocks we have were recovered from the moon.
but most likely, the guy selling moon rocks out of the back of a magazine is a con.
