Anyone else reach a point where you're getting treated like a schizo or ignored for your beliefs? I can't even discuss my ideas with others anymore because nobody takes them seriously -- even stuff that to me feels normal. Not sure what the next step is. Might just go dark and research on my own until I have a whole system worked out

Fact is, as all the atheists and academics in my life crumble at the first sign of bad news (btw becoming a bitter cynic isnt strength lol) because they have nothing else in their lives to prop them up in "hard" times, they turn to people like me. My astronomy proffessor literally wept when trump won. I see this election as nothing more then so many ants fighting over an ant hill, it means nothing to me. Thus people think Im strong and have awnsers, because atheists certaintly dont lol.
