Life expectancy of Americans have remained roughly same for the last 40-50 years. Meanwhile, the country is the fattest, spends 2-3X money in health care per capita, something like 50-70% of the cause of health problems in US are caused by obesity issues. Our foods have 10-20X more artificial ultra processed ingredients/chemicals than that of Canada or Europe.
I think it would do great to remove all the artificial stuff in food, recheck which vaccines are needed or not, recheck the liability of the side effects of vaccines on what is considered safe/deadly (and enforce it).

ideally he will focus on removing all conflict of interest from regulatory agencies, there is a fuck ton of that and it would be awesome if he shines a light on it
I also don't think he'll even touch existing vaccines, most likely he'll arrange for large pop double blind studies to be done on aluminum adjuvants and Thimerosal which he's been talking about for decades
