Can someone explain antipsychotic medicines to me? So I take risperidone due to bipolar and am extremely depressed. Is there anything that helps with both mania AND depression???? Nothing ever helps with both it only stops me from being manic..

There is just no cure for real depression is there lol only times i feel really alive is when im manic for that brief moment before i get admitted its really the most amazing feeling
