I want to be able to completely recycle every possible kind of waste, either organic or inorganic, biologic or electronic (aside maybe for radioactive stuff), all by myself, in my home.
What equipment do I need?

How big is that?
And what does it output?

Compost or vermicompost pile and a recycle bin. Not everything is recyclable. Try to reuse things as much as possible, like reusing old bottles. If you want to try to process recyclables at home then you should know that most of those companies operate at a loss and need taxpayer dollars to continue operating. Oftentimes processing specific kinds of recyclable waste is so unprofitable that they send it to other states or countries and pay for it to be processed by them instead. An electric arc furnace could be used to turn most trash into electricity, but that's way outside of a layman's means and ability.

Thin film plastics. You could build a facility that could recycle them but many existing facilities cannot recycle them and will send your entire load to the dump if they find any in it. Your recycling service will have a website specifying what the will and will not accept.

Sounds like a waste of time. How about you start by figuring out how to recycle that.

you're better off focusing on generating less wastes. For example use glass tupperware and bottles and then just don't buy more. Buy new clothes and wear them out. Use old clothes at home. when the new clothes don't look good anymore then just where those at home. When old clothes are falling apart use them as rags. Ect
