Thompson's Calculus for the Practical Man & Calculus Made Easy.
For vector calc and physics, "div, grad, and all that" as well.

Paul's online notes can be useful. If you're stuck on a particular topic you can just search for it on youtube and find a million videos. For books, just pick one, read it, and do exercises. If you want something without the bloat you can try Short Calculus by Lang, but I haven't read it closely. I know it has at least a couple of quirks.

just derive it all from the first principles

This is not good advice for OP. Khan Academy and Paul notes were already shared twice. But for anyone interested in proof-based mathematics i can recommend
>Calculus for Mathematicians - D. J. Bernstein
>Continuous Calculus - P. J. Olver

I wish Rudin wrote a honors calculus textbook we could call Fetus Rudin, because it's hard to approach Baby Rudin without a background on honors calculus. Among Spivak, Apostol, Kitchen, etc., what is the best option for the stage of fetal development before Baby Rudin?

spivak (this is just 1 vote, those are all good options)

There's OpenStax and Active Calculus too.

About Short Calculus, is less bloated but is an honours course, requiring Lang's Basic Mathematics or High School Geometry as an intro to proofs:
