A lot of ocd behavior isnt really talked about especially from children. Eventually it gets more apparent/disruptive as you get older and life gets harder and you lose old saftey nets. Also just a change in diet, poor nutrition, stimulants will really exacerbate ocd and other mental disorders.

Ocd is due to mommy issues. My mum had it and she projected her mental issues on us
