Why can't science just invent a robot to pick fruit? Robot vacuum cleaners have been around for half a century already. Science has invented AI that can make all sorts of degenerate porno and self driving cars, seems like figuring out which strawberry is ripe is a much less complicated task than those.
Seems like robot fruit picking should have happened already over a decade ago
