Evidence is clear cut.
1.5mg/L = lowers IQ for children
Current WHO standard = 1.5mg/L. In US, most have a 0.92mg/L avg (likely few states are closer to 1.5mg/L) usage for fluoride. EPA has limit of 4mg/L as toxic.
