Does HRT really change your body's morphology?
I tend to hear rumors about how HRT transforms male bodies to be more feminine, whether it's changing bone structure or heightening voice pitch. What does /sci/ think of this?

Estrogen will give you tits and reposition fat around the hips and I've heard can soften the outer layer of skin. Other effects can come from testosterone blockers like hair regrowth since a variation of testosterone is what kills head-hair follicles in baldness.
As for bones and voice, E tends to not do very much at all, thus why most troons still look and sound like a man in a dress. Facial feminization surgery and vocal cord surgery can help but they don't do wonders.
All in all, you can douse a pig in a vat of lipstick every day for 10 years, and said pig still and forever will remain underneath
